GOLDEN VISA in Barcelona
El Gobierno de España ha puesto en marcha el programa para inversores, “GOLDEN VISA” en el año 2013, que permite a los inversores de fuera de la Comunidad Europea obtener un permiso de trabajo y residencia invirtiendo en uno de los siguientes escenarios:
- Invertir 2 millones de euros en títulos de deuda pública española.
- Invertir 1 millón de euros en acciones de sociedades de capital español con actividad empresarial real o en fondos de inversión y de capital riesgo establecidos en España o en depósitos bancarios en entidades financieras españolas.
- Invertir 500.000 euros en inmuebles para cada solicitante.
También hay algunos otros documentos que son necesarios presentar en la primera solicitud, como documentos oficiales, seguro médico, antecedentes penales y la prueba de fondos suficientes.
Beneficios del Golden Visa – Obtener el “Golden Visa” te permite:
- Permiso de trabajo y residencia en España.
- Libre circulación en el área de Schengen.
- El visado puede extenderse a los miembros de la familia de primer grado así como a los que dependen del solicitante. No hay límite de edad para los miembros de la familia, siempre que estén a cargo del solicitante.
- España tiene doble imposición con la mayoría de los países, por lo que no hay obligación de declaración de impuestos para las inversiones fuera de España.
- Los titulares se benefician del sistema sanitario y educativo español.
- Si los titulares viven en España durante 10 años consecutivos, con una estancia mínima de 183 días al año, tienen derecho a la ciudadanía española durante los 10 años siguientes.
Proceso – Nuestro equipo te guía a través de este proceso:
- Invertir en España
- Primera solicitud en tu país de residencia
- Realización en España de la obtención de los permisos de identificación (ID)
Todo este proceso dura unos 4-5 meses y los visados se renuevan por períodos de 1 + 2 + 5 años. Durante todo este proceso, después de que se haga la primera inversión, sólo se necesita venir dos veces a España en el primer período de solicitud (4-5 meses) y luego, no se requiere ningún día mínimo de estancia hasta la siguiente renovación.
